Bought watch for phone use. It's connected twice but then stops. I paid 28.00 for year of free services and I do not get any watch faces for free. For that matter nothing else that I can see is free. When battery gets low nothing works. Battery charge doesn't last more then a day or two. Glad I didn't pay any more then I did for this watch. Worse watch I have ever had. purchased. Not even reading my BP HR accurately. My sleep hours haven't been workin. Larger lettering on manual would help.

The app works as intended, but the big problem is that it wastes so much battery (like for example I start at 100% in the morning, then around the afternoon I check and the app has literally used up 40% of my battery!) Serious battery waster. Connection to watch is fine, sometimes disconnects but reconnects after a while... But the battery problem is serious! The developers NEED to fix this soon.

I returned the S6 Pro watch. The GPS function was useless and that was one of the main reasons I ordered this watch as I do a lot of walking and hiking and need a reliable and accurate GPS. Also the weather function was lousy. The watch faces sucked. They really want you to purchase decent watch faces from the app. The watch was good with phone calls and receiving texts. Overall I was very disappointed with this Smart watch and the software. Maybe someday I'll give Bodylief another try.

1. Disconnection problem. 2. Very basic, childish and small quantity watch faces for hw21. I hope you people add good and professional watch faces and also these will be free. Free watches faces has problem like they show 9 or 0 as 8. Plz mention on watch that this is only for kids. No professional watch faces are there.

Nothing is registering right. I want lbs ft and cm and I'm getting whatever else. Also it it doesn't stay or the correct weight and height. I just go this watch 2 hrs ago and I'm ready to send it back. Nothing works the weather doesn't even work...

Apps seems to be working ok, MY watch HW16 when put on charge defaults to factory settings. (ie brightness sound ect) Needs to have an option to set the time on watch without using the app
