Unfortunately to use your thousand-dollar trainer you require this worthless app. Constantly disconnects during the workout. I guess we are just crazy that we expect something this expensive to function. I'll enjoy my new boat anchor.

Currently there is no option to select your external power meter for kickr snap with the Android app provided by wahoo. iOS apps do have this feature why not this android app? Very disappointing

Doesn't recognize its own hardware When I try to connect and pair a genuine wahoo tickr purchased from the wahoo website, it says "unknown heart rate monitor". Man I wish I would've bought a Garmin or a Runtastic Monitor. Wahoo is terrible.

The android app has been able to connect to my Kickr only a handful of times since I owned it (about a year now). It has never been able to connect to my Tickr. Finally gave up and put it on my iPad which worked in seconds and updated my firmware.

I have a Kickr, tock, & cadenc device. They barely connect, can' barely connect the heart rate & cadence to the utility app or even their own fitness app. Very disappointed

Spindown never completes after I spin up to 23 mph. Not sure if it's an issue with Kickr or the Wahoo Utility app. Having a hard time trusting the accuracy when I use Trainerroad.
