App stopped working. App starts ok but doesn't login. Reinstalled app and changed password and still have the problem. Accepts login details ok...but..continues to ask for the login credentials instead of actually logging in. Using backup keyfob for now. Please fix this issue. Update 22nd April 2021 - cleared the storage data and cache and it now works. Tried exact same thing unsuccessfully when I first had the issue.

Used this app for ages, no dramas. Now it doesn't work. I cleared the cache, reinstalled it, deleted the data and the cache, reinstalled it. Sent a message to their customer, got no answer. Update. Tried one more time, I deleted the data and voilà... Works again.

Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. Logged me out about two weeks ago, can't log back in. Can however log into apple devices...and it works. Tried uninstalling, rebooting between reinstalls, clearing cache... nothing works!

Over the past few days it worked intermittently to open doors. Now you can't even sign-in. I can't get access to the gym because it is a Sunday. I rebooted phone and reinstalled app multiple times. Will probably get gypped for a fob now despite Club Lime not delivering on their service.
