It synced with my phone a galaxy s10e for about two months. Then quit. Cannot get it to pair. Called tech support and they could not figure it out either. Phone shows the device to be paired, app is fully installed. Will not pair. I need need this for my heart. Device is good, app is useless. Btw, my GPS is on.

Does great monitoring during sleep. Terrible for any exercise. Goes from 90s to 70s in less than one minute while walking. Only good at rest. Graph for O2 is always missing.

Sync issue solved... Migrated from Galaxy Note 3 to Galaxy Note 9. Loaded app, read directions, went to website, reset O2 monitor, uninstalled app and re-installed - would not sync with new phone but would still sync with old phone. Tried everything no luck... Out of frustration, I started reading reviews here - many with the SAME problem. And there it was, turn ON your GPS. BAM instant success. Nothing on the website/FAQs/user manual says to do this - not cool. Are you listening manufacturer??

Doesn't want to sync. When it does, it takes hours, crashes, etc. I have had this since Aug. '18. It's horrible. I spend hours attempting connection to the cloud, and then takes a couple hours to upload data for one night IF it uploads at all. Total pain.

Not compatible with my Galaxy S9+ it does not see it. Force closes on my axon 7. Neither device is rooted or modified. Plus I cannot update the actual device on iPhone 7. The update times out "no network available" is shown

Very very slow to the point that android thinks it has stopped working. When you get a new phone you can't use your old account. Online site graphs are not accurately plotted.
