App seems overall good but you need to sort out the booking and appointment system. It is not clear how to access your appointment when the time comes and ended up with myself missing my spot. I have had to reschedule but this was very much inconvenient. Spoke to a rep on the phone and it seems you are aware of this but have not decided to fix. Even a better explanation would suffice. Sort it out. I feel sorry for those who are not tech literate and have worries. It's an extra unneeded burden.

It took at least 10 attempts to reset password once done it was fine. Issue was the sending of the 5 digit text. Very frustrating. The app to be fair then did what it was supposed to.

Snap and save feature is not working for me, I've tried multiple times it comes up on screen as loading but the photo of my receipt does not show up and I can not send it.

This app has all the functionality you want but keeps crashing every time I use it. Very poor user experience.

Congratulations VHI! You officially have the worst app I've ever come across. Tried to register and was told my details were invalidly entered (they weren't). Tried to start from scratch but I couldn't, as my email address was "already registered". Tried to log in, and this time it said that my login details were incorrect! On top of it all, someone decided that making you scroll back month by month is a great way of entering your DOB. Wish I'd never moved from Laya, their app was flawless

A total shambles of an app- really frustrating. I Couldn't get into the app, so I deleted and reinstalled. Like an earlier reviewer I have not received the emails to complete set-up. A call to the "help desk" didnt help - take a screenshot and email (and it could take 3-5 day's for them to respond). The book a doctors appt throws up errors. And putting in DOB - have to scroll back month by month (at my age an awful lot of months)
