With our exercises and a variety of plans for strength, mobility, endurance, and focus, you'll have access to a wide range of workouts. Our video and audio guidance ensures that you perform every move correctly, while our personalized training plans for abs and core, building muscle, and burning fat, ensure that your workouts are tailored to your specific needs. With workout durations between 5-20 minutes and beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, VGFIT is perfect for any fitness level.

Track your progress and monitor your calories burned with our kcal counting feature. You can even enter and record every exercise you do, so you can see your entire history in a full timeline. Our app also uses HealthKit to record your workout data in the Health application.

HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
As a VGFIT app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, by considering the workout, and the costs. Our Premium 1-week , 1-month and 1-year subscription plan offers unlimited access to every level of every imaginable workout routine in exchange for a single payment. For your convenience, VGFIT subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

App Permissions

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
