Each update gets worse. Flaky. Too many ads. No opt-out for reports. Slow sync. My experience was great for a while. The app is easy-to-use, visually appealing. There are 2 main issues I face: - recently, it stopped tracking sleep & heartrate. Then it started again. Then it suddenly stopped. Is this a device issue? An app issue? - an issue from day 1 is that since time is sync'd with a phone, if the phone auto-adjusts for timezone when travelling, large blocks of data end up being dropped.

THE ADs Have GOTTEN WORSE AND MORE ANNOYING...... Stop the Ads.... App has been working for 2 years without issue. Previously I would have rated the app 2-3 stars. Now every time I sync the data with the watch advertising appears. It is very annoying and disruptive. If the ads continue, I'll never buy another watch that uses veryfitpro.

Mute the ads! This fitness tracker app has been inconsistent since the first day. If you sleep during the day or nap, it doesn't record. If you go to bed after a certain hour, it doesn't record. When you take it off to shower after a night's sleep, it records as a continuous sleep session. I attempted to sync the device to the app this morning without success. Yesterday's data isn't there at all, but it does have my current step count. I give up.

Touch screen randomly does not work. Music controls for poweramp don't work correctly on Samsung s21+ play button skips songs and fwd and back buttons do nothing. Over all not a watch good option for a first watch.im not a watch wearing person. I don't mind it most of the time. But when doing mechanical work in tight spaces I have to take it off as it gets caught.

For the past couple of years I have enjoyed using this watch, however, when opening it this morning, half awake, I was surprised by a very loud ad. If that continues I will stop using the watch and get a different brand. I paid for it, I'm not going to be bombarded with ads. Sleep records and steps are accurate. It takes a minute or so to update info but it's not a deal breaker.

I've had my "fakebit" for years. Wasn't fancy, just counted steps, heartrate, showed simple notifications, gave me sedentary alerts, and allowed me to set multiple alarms (super useful as a teacher so I could always know when to wrap up my lessons). I stopped using my watch for most of the summer but now there are ads? And my history has been wiped. Really annoyed. Will probably be swiping my husband's fitness tracker now instead. Why ruin a good thing? Very disappointed.
