This app is glichy. When I started using it for childcare appointments and scheduling classes, I noticed that there is a "system error" almost every day. This makes it to where I have to call the kidcare to cancel/schedule an appt almost daily. Many times, it doesn't even show that I've registered my child and I have to redo it. I do not like this app at all. It would be great if it were reliable- but it's not.

** The app is helpful when it cooperates, and you don't have to keep closing/reopening to show all the classes. ** The update for the new "waitlist" with classes that are booked does not appear to be active in the Android version. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still does not update/waitlist.

I don't normally leave reviews, I work in Mobile development so I'm savvy to the plight of Android app development, and how frustrating an underserved bad review is. I have to keep the old app installed, as the new (this) version of the app displays my barcode too small to actually scan in the gym. Allowing it to stretch to fit or being able to tap to enlarge (or rotate for portrait scanning) would be handy. Since all I use the app for is to scan in, it's currently unusable for me.

Let me start by saying. I love these gyms. I've had a membership for over a year and I don't think I'll ever change. But this app is very bad. From day 1 I remember having problems with it. I have to open the app, and close it every time in order to get my barcode to load so I can sign in. I had to call customer support to have $25 worth of in-gym credits put on my account after i referred two friends. And sometimes the app just doesn't work entirely. Just wish the app was reliable..........

This app seems unable to let you track your workouts or check-ins like the previous app did, which is a big downside as that was my main use of the previous app beyond the barcode. Also it seems like I should be able to add classes to my empty calendar as appointments, which would be very handy and is new feature I'd love, but it seems impossible to do and doesn't work for me at all.

Definitely has a lot of problems but could be worse. Misses check-ins frequently and have issues loading the card pretty regularly. Don't know if this is solely an Android problem or not but definitely frustrating having to constantly reinstall to get your card barcode to check-in, which it probably won't even register. They can always check you in by phone number at the desk but you have to count on someone being available to help you.
