Id like to be able to set a time each day instead of the reminder based on when i did it yesterday.

I like the simplicity of the App. My only criticism is the fact that I am at level 1. The increase in the time's seem a little harsh. Will not get to day 30 without having to use pause button. Will update in 13 days time.

Great app. Please make sharing optional and not the default. I hit OK everyday to clear that screen when I should hit cancel. Nobody want to aee my plank time every day. Please change this setting.
