Having tried many of these by now I am left wondering if the people who develop these apps have ever used the apps themselves. If they have they must be on the most basic of medication regimes.

About this app

Pill Reminder is an application that will help you keep track of your medical details, and assist you when required. If you tend to forget the pills you need to take, due to your busy routine, or find it difficult to maintain track of your medical appointments and doctors, then allow Pill Reminder to do it for you.

Following are some of the many features this app provides.

• Reminds you of the medicines, and when you need to take them. It will sound an alarm, and show a popup of the same.

• Pill Reminder keeps track of your prescriptions, doctors and your appointments.

• Stores your medical history, in the profile section, which you can keep handy to forward to your doctor, when required.

• Send your medical details, via SMS or email to your doctor with just one tap.

• Pill Reminder also stores emergency contacts. In case of medical emergency, these contacts will be notified via SMS.

• Has an integrated barcode scanner, which can scan the medicine barcode, and provide its details, provided the details are present in the database.

• Home screen will display the medicines scheduled for today, and will also highlight, the medcines you have missed.

• Pill Reminder will notify you, when your medicine inventory is running low.
