This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Unmind on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. The pound shop version of the decent mind apps out there. Take the meditations, quality and sound way down on say Headspace. Trying to do too much but mastering non of it

Has a lot of potential, there's some really great stuff on here. I have a couple of suggestions for improvements: 1. Dark mode!! Using this at night isn't pleasant. 2. Ability to favourite series or "save for later". 3. Ability to favourite tools/soundscapes. I can never remember the names of the ones I like. 4. More options when checking in, why have "playful" but not "motivated"? Plenty of others you could add!

This application needs a dark theme. I know there is a dark theme in the player but especially when using for soothing sounds during the night it is extremely important to have a dark interface to navigate in order to reach what you need. For me it's incredibly annoying and I avoid opening the app during the night although I need it. Please fix that because it's a pity.

Fabulous mental health app with everything in one place. Ways to monitor your emotions, advice and helplines, and masses of tools to use. Sleep tools, meditations, breathing etc all in one place and free!

The interface is clean and the content is helpful (not too sciencey). It has a bit of something for everyone but I especially like the sleep tools. All the content is set out nicely in sessions within a series so it's not overwhelming. Really helpful.
