uHoo goes offline every single day dispite having a good internet connection. Setup was unbelievable difficult. However, uHoo and customer service are 5 star.

Cannot connect my uhoo to wifi :( I tried all the complex tutorials and I'm still stuck with a device that can't show me the data i need and that i paid for. Why don't you support bluetooth at least? Should i return the device to you? Will you issue a refund?

Horrible setup process. No ability to change the alert ranges, I prefer my house to be colder when I'm sleeping. Also the alerts make no sense, the house is cold so it tells me to turn on the air conditioning.

Does not connect to device, or offer "no connection yet?" or other prompted solution to get assistance. No wifi showing up - attempted both Android and iOS No phone number or email to reach out to. Waited forever for device. Came yesterday. How are there all these old positive reviews?
