About this app

This app is a timer. Simply and straightforward, "A timer", a device to measure time.
but I like to call it differently, I like to call it an "Habit making machine" because whenever you create a new activity the time is by default set to 10 seconds and will only work once per day. De next day it will increase 10 seconds or the amount of seconds that you set it up to.

The main idea of setting up a timer that will increment over the days is because in order to create an habit we have to start low and build up over time.

Overdoing an activity today to quit the next day or be tired or stressed is not worth. You see, some things might seem impossible at first glance like staring at the sun for many minutes or even hours but even something like that can be achieved following this simple method.
In fact this app is inspired in the sun-gazing method describe by Hira Ratan Manek which I followed to the letter, consisting on staring at the sun every day and incrementing each time 10 seconds.

You can use this app to exercise, read, sun-gaze, study and virtually perform any kind of activity that you felt like you had to do it but never got around to do it. With this method and this app you can now transform it into an habit.

This app will allow you to adjust the amount of seconds , you can add more if you want, it's up to you, just keep in mind that it 's all about building the habit over time.

Remember that the longest journey starts by a single step and the most important thing is to get started.

Setup new steps to take, schedule them, double tap on each activity to start timing and swipe left to adjust the amount of seconds, name, description and schedule. Have fun and enjoy the journey.
