Cannot revert to the original analog watch-face after changing the wall paper to digital watch-face. No analog watch-face option in the apps. Please add some more option. The display stay on for a very short time. No option to change either. The apps needs improvement but the watch itself is good.

As per many of the other reviews here, if I could rate it a Zero, thats what it would get. Legitimately. I used the QR code that came with my watch to download this app. It was all in Chinese characters. Looked thru the whole privacy policy and app permissions. Unfortunately found no English translation. It appears the only way to change the time setyings on the watch is thru the app. The watch reads the BP and Heartrate very well. But needs the app just to change the time. This is ridiculous.

Very less options for notifications, watch face and functions. the camera must be used given by the app only which has poor quality as compared to my Phone's camera, the screen remains open for 4 seconds only and you can't control the time, adding new face watch is another mess, can't sync with other fitness or reminder apps that supports almost every watch. In the name of 9 sports mode they have same fuctions for all of them lastly the sleep monitor and heart rate monitor was inaccurate.

The app ruins a potentially good watch. It rarely reconnects if you go too far from your phone and lose connection. I have no idea where the weather is coming from (dont know where to set my location) and cant change Celsius to Fahrenheit. It randomly switches back to metric units and a 24hr clock. I had to enable ALL notifications to get anything to come through. Constantly having to go into app to reconnect. Fix this and you have a great combo.

Not very good application. Have to reset it every day, can't see Fahrenheit... Have to reset the watch at least once a day. Update: I purchased a new watch but it uses the very same BAD software. FIX IT!!!!! THIS IS USA. WE DON'T USE THE METRIC SYSTEM. Get the 2.9 version to work with this watch. Or am I going to have to return for refund? Amendment: This software sucks. Fix it. It loses connection with the watch ALL THE TIME.

The app is not working with the watch in terms of signaling calls, messages, sedentary reminder and heart rate etc... I haven't seen any respond from the developers about the negative comments here. Well, I just hope they go through the comments and try to figure out the problems described as soon as possible.
