Saving grace. I uploaded The Class at the beginning of the COVID 19 lockdown. I love that it's live streamed and on demand with several options and programs. I also had other stressors that I was dealing with and I was surprised during the first heart opening to find tears streaming down my face. The shaking of your body too-I felt a release in my shoulders and upper body that I can't even get from yoga. If you're looking for a good workout expect to burn about 300cal/class.

The best workout ever - for inside and out. A must have app!

I wrap up my 2 week trial in a few days and intend to keep going. This workout bid phenomenal! The music is so good a loud, the instructors balance their voice and the music so consistently and the workout itself is totally different than what I have been doing in other movement formats. It's a practice for every part of you. Love it!

To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Class by Taryn Toomey on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment.
