The app sucks!!! So many issues and bugs that need to be worked on, you can't edit info, the location is extremely wonky, errors all the time, for updates it basically shuts down for 2 days and tells you to go to the app store, you try and open and nothing. Honestly, y'all need to hire better IT because this is ridiculous

User friendly if you have some smart phone experience, easy to schedule visits and end visits etc. Update 3-20-2021 The continuing updates are taking up so much room on my phone I am having to delete other applications that I use, and I have a good phone not a cheap one. I am not thrilled that in order to do my job I have to let an app. take over my phone. Update 6-17-2021, now it wont let me log in, it says I need to update and go to the Goigke Play Store, I go there but no update option!!!

Its only about what they got Paid! Worse app Ever! They don't do anything to fix problems then what is the state paying u for so many bugs and problems just had to download new version and 10 minutes later still waiting now I'm late clocking in sooooo another proble I HAVE TO FIX! I'm about to quit this job not worth the headaches all they say is watch the videos REALLY!. MY OTHER jobs website never ever have issues in 2 yrs!

App does not recognize the correct location. My visits always start and stop at the same location in one state, but app puts me in another state 13 hours away. App has been deleted and reinstalled numerous times on my phone. Updates performed as required. Nothing corrects the situation.

It keep asking to be updated and there no update. Can't login. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It doesn't resolve the issue
