Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Insight on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

I am required to use this app at work for behavioral safety observations, but it has a terrible user interface. After filling in a text field, the app keeps jumping back to editing that field when I move on to other information. Also, there is no place to enter some of the information that is required for an observation. These are just two examples of many that make the UI difficult to use. Finally, I cannot close the app! Once I log off, the app keeps running until I go to the phone's app manager and kill it. Avoid this app if at all possible.

We use this app at work for our behavior based safety program. I can tell you the app works but the interface and GUI keeps you from wanting to use it. Really this should be advertised as an Alpha version of the app. In today's day and age the GUI and usability are key factors. Non smooth scrolling when swiping down a list is annoying. Dekra please improve this app, I want to use the app but all the bugs and quirks keep from using it.

I have to use this app for work but it a PIA to use. Half of the time my observations disappear before I finish them or the app jumps back the manage page. The interface when it does work is choppy and the screen jumps up to the previous entry. This app could really use some work. Also you have to log in every time you open it. We have a hard enough time getting people to participate in bbs and a barely functional app makes it that much more difficult.

Everytime I try and enter a comment the app crashes or goes back the the add observation screen. Please fix!

It started out to be a useful tool but after updates it stopped working. I've re-installed the app but it continues to crash and lock up the app. Please fix the problem.

I couldn't even catch all Monty Python was in when it comes to bbc yet I'd stand & later sit when I'd hear that the queen is watching, ok last time I correct morons. To be "docile" is an insult, it means you pick up anything without the notion or bloody idea of why to not do such you jackasses! Now talk to Europe since it is rich with understandings beyond my own I won't help you losers!!¦[

This app enables RCI Enterprise Clients to perform Audits, Incidents, BBS Observations, and close Corrective Actions from a mobile platform.

Users can.
-Take both location and corporate level audits, add annotated pictures, create incidents, and add corrective actions.
-Record Incidents, add annotated pictures, and add corrective actions.
-Close Corrective Actions that have been assigned to them.
-Perform BBS Observations and attached annotated pictures to them.
