Fake app fully. Please do not install it and it is fraud app. I have installed it and taken dr. appointment for video conference by my number. App asked for payment BDT 500/- and i did it. After payment done, app doesnt working. I though its a device problem... I have logged by other device, same there. uninstall the app and install it, same problem. Interestingly, when i logged by other phone number its working. When i logged my booking phone number, its not working.

I had an appointment with your tonic doctor at 11.30 am, 11-04-2020. While my appointment session a screen appeared to my mytonic app but it's buffering all the time. I waited at least 20 minutes but no luck. I can't talk to your doctor but your app says it's "complete". You should refund my money back with some penalties. It's very disappointing that your app is crash now and then. By the way, I use a stable broadband internet connection.

Service is not standard..its a trap. For example, you will see they are offering medicine delivery service. But when you go to use this service, you will see a small note saying "tonic/grameenphone is not responsible for delivery and medicine quality". I mean then why the heck you are offering this service and why people should use this service and take the risk of buying low quality medicine.

First time log in its OK. But when I close and again log in then app starts crushing again and again for Samsung A7 2018 (Pie). Please fix that problem.. I have to clear data, clear cache to make that working again. Totally, horrible experience.

Problematic app... Good for only one time use... What about Second time! Sorry, it doesn’t even open second time... Extremely Pathetic and Disgusting... I have reinstalled this app more than 5 times and same problem persists...

I paid for the full year's coverage but couldn't use it once! App is full of bugs. Need a great deal of improvements. Disappointed.
