Entered my Rx number and the app said it wasn't in the system. Tried again, same result. Then called it in and got the med refilled. I have no idea why Diamondback employees told me it would be "better and faster" if I used this app. Uninstalling it ASAP!!!

It used to work. It's useless now. Might as well not even have it. Sucks. The app and the fact that it does work anymore. It was so handy.

This is clearly a generic app that Diamondback Drugs was able to brand. It is little more than an interface to email your request to them, I assume unencrypted.

Pretty much a worthless app. There is only the option of ordering for pickup not mailing the prescription. It has no place to sign in so it can remember your prescriptions. You may as well just call it in and uninstall the app so there is one less thing to take up space in your phone.

Tried downloading after this app for my sister after it didn't work on her iPhone (I have a Galaxy). After entering the prescription # the app crashes on both our phones. It's really a disapointment that after calling to refill, the person on the phone kept talking up the app. Don't recommend it, if it doesn't work.

I tried to submit a refill but it would not let me change the delivery method from picking up to mail delivery... Even though last month when I filled it I received the same medication through the mail
