If it was possible to give zero star, I am sure many others would have done the same. This app is utter garbage. The primary purpose of this app is supposed to let me track my claims. Yet when I tried to click on the detailed view of my claims, it crashes instantly. When I click on the "Contact Us" link, it redirects me to a dead link. It almost as if the app is developed with the sole purpose to cause frustration and annoyance.

this is a complete mess! the functionality "Forgot my password" doesn't work. so I am kind of stucked. even though I retrieve my password, the app is extremely slow, and the feature to attach a document is broken. so it's just unusable. please repair this joke asap.

Very frustrating always cannot attach receipts which mandatory has been trying for a week testing my patience. Claims need 2-3 weeks to process. By then at least one month gone. By the time agency mail cheque to co and bank in at least 6 weeks liao. Now my claims become snow ball, faint - can it be improve....

Horrible. I wanted an app that can help me navigate through my claims easily but it is just an incovenience, I can't even LOG IN! I felt like I was scammed. claims sent via the app take TREMENDOUSLY SLOW. :( I'm disappointed.

It's either the company hired a fresh graduate from UM to make this app or they were on a real tight budget because the interface reminds me of the dial up days. Even the model on the front page looks embarrassed.

Absolutely useless. Every comment here has been lousy for this app since how many months ago and still nothing is done to make it better. Cannot even make it past the registration page.
