I can add files to the remind me tab, but literally cannot access them. There is no where that I can select to even see them, but it says that files were successfully added. This seems like a good app, but this important feature needs to be fixed (I see from comments I'm not the only one having issues with this part). It could be user error, but since I've looked everwhere,it's either poor layout or glitching. (All updates done)

It's suppose to calm you down, but Mahjong, medium level 5, not is busted. I think this has caused me more stress then anything... so much for distraction.

I can't log in, it's not letting me submit my password. It worked fine until I was locked out, but not being able to access it at all or turn off the lock is a non-starter.

I find this app very useful for safety planning and distress planning. I recommend it to all of my patients. However recently it keeps stopping when you try to add to the remind me Tab.

My therapist told me about this app a few months ago. I like it, it helps calm my mind. But recently the app hasn't been working. I cannot login with my password. I put it in and click the accept but nothing happens. I tried updating it, uninstall and reinstall but that accept option does not go through. Like it's stuck or something. Please fix this issue, I enjoy this app and would still like to use it!

About this app

The Virtual Hope Box (VHB) is a smartphone application designed for use by patients and their behavioral health providers as an accessory to treatment. The VHB contains simple tools to help patients with coping, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking. Patients and providers can work together to personalize the VHB content on the patient's own smartphone according to the patient's specific needs. The patient can then use the VHB away from clinic, continuing to add or change content as needed.

Patients can use the VHB to store a variety of rich multimedia content that they find personally supportive in times of need. For example, a patient can include family photos, videos and recorded messages from loved ones, inspirational quotes, music they find especially soothing, reminders of previous successes, positive life experiences and future aspirations, and affirmations of their worth in their VHB. A patient can also collaborate with their provider to create coping cards to use in response to personal problem areas they experience. Finally, the VHB provides the patient with positive activity planning, distraction tools, and interactive relaxation exercises including guided imagery, controlled breathing and muscle relaxation.
