These apps are perfect. I use a few of them and it actually works, as well as teaching me about myself! I never used to be able to relax into hypnosis or meditation, but the ability to go back and try again with the same app the next day has me a pro! Have recommended to all family friends

Very relaxing and easy to listen to. Advise buying the app and listening regularly for it to really work. I have 3 of these apps installed and enjoy them all, but this is my favourite. The stop smoking app was the only thing that really managed to help me with smoking.

The app has a recording that can only be paused and played. Every single feature is made to be unlocked with purchase. It's just not helpful unless you buy it.
