ARL Sura Móvil es un nuevo canal que te permite a través de tus dispositivos móviles:
• Reportar accidentes de trabajo en Línea, 7 x 24, desde cualquier lugar y con tu clave de acceso al sitio web.
• Consultar los accidentes de trabajo por: Número de documento del trabajador, por rangos de fechas, por tipo de accidente, por estado (completos o incompletos) y por centro de Trabajo.
• Tener acceso a las Notificaciones de los reportes de accidentes de Trabajo pendientes por completar.
Así mismo tienes acceso a otras opciones que no requieren autenticación como:
• Consultar las IPS que tienen convenio con ARL Sura, de manera georeferenciada ubicando la IPS con convenio más cercana a tu lugar de ubicación con dirección y teléfono de la IPS.
• Consultar las sedes (oficinas) de ARL Sura a nivel país que te georeferencian la sede más cercana.
• Adicionalmente tendrás acceso directo a nuestro asesor Virtual a través de la opción servicio al cliente, donde podrás contactarte en caso de requerirlo.
