Absolutely fabulous app, guys! I don't hand out 5-star reviews often, but this is a stellar example of how it's done. No high-pressure sales tactics, very engaging content, and the guided meditations and article-lesson-quiz things are well-written and informative. This is just an observant opinion rather than a critique, but the narrator was bit tough to understand and his voice took some getting used to. It wasn't long before I actually grew to enjoy hearing it, though! Perfection attained!

Simple, single path meditation app. The UI is clean and the visual graphics of growing a forest as you progress is beautiful and engaging. The narrator's voice is soothing. The short articles after each mediation are super helpful, like making a habit easy to do means you are more likely to keep doing it! And celebrating small wins immediately helps build a habit!

Helps improve my inner peace. Sam's voice is very calming and his prompts are helpful in developing the the practice of mindfulness. The text prompts that follow the audio meditation session are equally helpful. They reinforce the concept of adding "tiny" habits daily to experience success. The information is not too repetitive, it's worded in such a way as to instruct and also encourage the reader.

Very approachable, thorough, and well thought-out app for meditation and beyond. One warning. When starting the trial week for the Premium version there is a promise you'll get a warning two days before the end of the trial. I'm pretty sure I never got that warning as I was checking the app notifications and using the app almost every day during the trial and don't recall a notification.

Fantastic app! I like how this app sets things up with one meditation a day and small articles to read. It really makes the habit easy to build. You just have to open the app and press play. With other apps you sometimes have to scroll through hundreds of options and decide what kind of meditation you want. With this you don't need to decide and each one is very high quality.
