Two stars because customer service response times are VERY long. You cannot cancel your membership or get refunds for games (I was eligible for 3 days) without contacting them. I contacted them 5 days before my membership renews asking for a refund on a game I enrolled in and to cancel my membership. However, I did not get a reply and was charged for another month of membership. Let your users have control over membership if it takes you over 5 days to reply to an email. Disappointing.

When I first opened it, it looked a little overwhelming, but after a couple of clicks it was streamlined and easy to follow. It's very good for staying motivated daily, and for tracking my steps and gradually increasing step goals.

Gets me motivated! Lots of different "walks" to choose from to fit everyone's fitness level. Cost for membership is small and optional, but worth it.

Zero support. Reached out via email and within the game. I clearly made my goals, but the app never synced/updated, therefore I was disqualified. 3 weeks later there was an app update to resolve the sync issue. I'm extremely disappointed that no one responded to any of my requests, especially considering that I pay for the app. I will not be renewing my membership.

What a great way to collaborate with others and get your steps in! Super easy to used and the app is able to sync with your fitness devices. Nothing to do but walk/run and SHOW ME THE MONEY!!

Well yes indeed you bet and you can earn some money but if you account the bet + the subscription fee per month you are left with break even or barely make a tiny profit... My rating goes to the cancelation process thought. If you want to cancel your monthly subscription you can do it only by emailing them asking for it which can take 3-5 days which gives you very minimum amount of time after you finish a bet before renewal. And you can't simply remove your card...
