This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ONETRAK on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. ONETRAK — ваш личный навигатор здорового образа жизни. Приложение работает с гаджетами ONETRAK и помогает отслеживать физическую активность, сон, пульс, вес, потребление воды, вести дневник питания, тренировок и артериального давления.

ЦЕЛИ. Установите себе глобальную цель «похудеть, набрать массу или поддерживать вес» и ежедневные цели по количеству шагов, выпиваемой воды, времени сна, дистанции и следите за ходом их выполнения.

СЧЕТЧИК КАЛОРИЙ. Приложение подскажет, сколько калорий вы сожгли во сне, в покое, в движении, во время тренировок; сколько калорий употребить для выполнения цели, каким должно быть соотношение белков, жиров и углеводов в рационе.

ДНЕВНИК ПИТАНИЯ. Контролировать питание поможет встроенный каталог с информацией о 16 миллионах российских продуктов и блюд домашней кухни, популярных кафе и ресторанов, супермаркетов. Искать продукты можно с помощью поиска по названию, встроенного сканера штрих-кодов или по категориям.

ФАЗЫ СНА И УМНЫЙ БУДИЛЬНИК. В приложении можно посмотреть фазы сна и установить умный будильник, обычные будильники, напоминания «поесть, выпить воды, размяться», оповещения о звонках и сообщениях (при наличии соответствующей модели фитнес-браслета).

ПУЛЬС. График пульса с расчетом зон интенсивности нагрузки (пульсовых зон) поможет сделать тренировки эффективнее.

ДНЕВНИК ДАВЛЕНИЯ. Дневник артериального давления заполняется вручную или с помощью умного тонометра ONETRAK.

СТАТИСТИКА. Данные, поступающие с устройств, отображаются в приложении в виде наглядных графиков и подробной статистики.
