Giving it 3 before I try it based obi that comments from everyone. Regardless of the feed back score. I'm more concerned with all the positivity from the multiple users. Definitely if it works inbox ANY-WAY, I will come back and up my star rating. Going in the bandwagon with this one and that is something which I usually do not do. I desperately need to stop smoking. I am 57 years old and have tried countless times to guit before. I get goosebumps while listening to this women talk because it really feels like something wonderful is changing inside of me. I hope to be a non-smoker soon and thank you with all my heart for helping me become a better person.

There aren't really any directions on the best way to use it to quit smoking. It's really a recording of a hypnosis session to quit. What would help is if there were short sessions to use through the day, a journal, a progress record... All the things suggested with a cessation program. I'll definitely find it useful, probably, but only in conjunction with other cessation techniques. Please improve it for an even more positive experience. (The lady has a nice voice!)

This hypnosis app makes you want to listen to it over & over again! Its simple, soothing & worth keeping even after achieving your goal of quitting. I recommend it (2 thumbs up). This is my 1st time hearing it. Its the middle of the day & just decided to relax & lay down & listen. My body felt like it was melting down the stress. Amazing App!!! Her voice is unique but felt as if I was one on one with a live hypnotherapist! Thank you! I'm a heavy smoker, feel no need 4 a smoke at the moment! Wish me luck!

Did not expect this to work! Smoking since I've been 13 never went a day without. Normally cannot go an hour without having a cigarette but after using this app last night I haven't touched one , have barely even thought of them , all my family and friends are shocked. 18 hours smoke free and actually feeling great! Brilliant app!

While I haven't completely quit, I can tell that this app is helping. I feel so amazing while I'm under and refreshed when I wake up. I've smoked my last pack but I don't have cravings or withdrawals. I'll think about smoking then my attention gets drawn to something else. Just as she said "a passing fancy". I love this app. This will be my 4th time listening to it and I'm hoping it will crush those lingering feelings.

When we use the power of hypnosis to present information to the unconscious mind in our imagination, our unconscious can accept that as real and will then go on to respond to that new information. It is important to know that the more you believe in the power of your mind to bring about what you want, and the more you commit to focusing your attention on what you want, the better the results will be. One session of hypnotic suggestions will not bring about much change at all. However, repeated suggestions in line with your goals and a strong focus on the outcomes you really want will help you to make these a reality.
