I should have read the reviews before downloading the app... Same issues as everyone else where Bluetooth will not connect to device. Has the company responded to anyone??? The scale works fine, but if the company doesn't care enough about their customers to to respond to these issues then I'm going to return and give my business to another company that does!!!

One Time Passcode does not seem to work for email or phone number. Tried multiple times. Because of this I can't even use the app. Will update if it's ever fixed...

The app is so bad it worked twice but since than whenever I open it it closes directly so now the scale is just like any normal scale since I only can read on it my weight.

Will not connect to the scale. The scale itself is fine, but this app is garbage and the info it wants is ridiculous. You do not need my location. EVER...

It does not connect to the bluetooth and instead of having the bluetooth icon it has a WiFi icon. What a pity it seems a good weight but the application is useless, I bought it for the information that it could give me not only to weigh myself , I will have to return it

I'm not exactly sure why the scale needs access to my location in order to establish a Bluetooth connection with my phone. Smells like privacy invasion to me. No location, no Bluetooth, no extra stats. I also don't understand the need for an online account. My phone has plenty of memory to store all the stats of this world. But if you don't care about your privacy, the app offers a ton of interesting stats. I wish they would offer an explanation of what these mean along with the values.
