Very disappointing! App will locate my bike, but I am unable to get registered. This is disappointing consider how much I've invested in my new Women's Levo Mtn bike. My husband has a Shimano and had NO trouble with the app associated with his bike. 👎

For the first 6 months this worked really well. There was an update about 1 month ago and the app just doesn't work anymore. Crashes all the time and doesn't save rides. Really disappointing and needs to be sorted out. P.s. love the bike tho!

Pretty bad and I don't usually review. For an app that supposedly works with a $7k bike, it's pretty disappointing. Crashes a lot. Settings don't save (trying to set to imperial units and have it stay). Auto ride detection is cool, if it works. But that constant notification that its active is horrible. Finally, it doesn't even seem to save half the rides. Is there an alternative?

Just acquired a new turbo levo and can't even register onto this app. So no way of fine tuning bike battery/power set up. Incredibly poor show by Specialized. For goodness sake sort it. These bikes are not cheap and the least you can do if you offer an app is make sure the damn thing goes works Not happy!

Not sure why Specialized wants me to register the bike and sign up for an account with them to use this app. But since they do require it and the registration is not working at all so far - Im getting a server error every time I try - I cannot apprecite any other features of this app. And the registration feature plainly sucks. Like the bike, the app is aggrevating.

Massively disappointing accompaniment to a phenomenal bike. Crashes frequently without logging my ride on the rare occasions I manage to get it to connect to my bike, but more frequently it refuses to connect, either to the Turbo Levo or to the internet, regardless of the strength of the WiFi or 4G signal. I've been told these problems are specific to Samsung Galaxy S8 and S7 Android phones. Specialized really need to put some effort into fixing this buggy software for it to be a reliable and usable controller for their massively accomplished hardware.
