Do not waste your time! I requested a 9:30am appointment. I received a call saying no one had accepted it appointment and asked if they could move the appointment back to trying and find someone. Finally at 1:30pm I got a notice saying my service had not been accepted and they were going to cancel the appointment. Wasted my day waiting when I could have spent my time finding a different therapist. I get it they are independent contractor but if no one is going to work what's the point!

The old app used to allow me to track the status of the request from the point when a professional was requested, confirmed, and on the way. The new app doesn't show the status unless I edit the appointment. Also, when the appointment was finished, there wasn't a way to tip on the app. I called customer service and got a tip added. The customer service agent said that the system was still showing that the appointment was active even though the professional had closed it.

Horrible service. Extremely expensive. The App clearly doesn't work well. I updated my profile completely. Scheduled an appointment and apparently the therapist "couldn't get in touch with me" even though the office was somehow able to text my number fine. The kicker, customer service puts you on hold for all time and charges you $100 no show fee. They also text to ask me if I had a table and sheets when I CLEARLY requested the therapist bring them. Don't waste your money.

The service is a joke. Downloaded today and app wasn't working so hard to call. Made app for 1pm and received confirmation. Waited around 2.5 hours all to get a call about 20 minutes prior saying no one was confirmed. They rescheduled for 2pm and another therapist accepted right away. I got a confirmation like before. Tried reaching the therapist to make sure all was confirmed and good but could reach anyone. About 20 minutes later I see the appointment back in pending. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Poor customer service... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION... I have 600MIN that i prepaid and i got charged $29 for high demand surcharge... that basically eats the discount for being a loyal customer. and when i asked if I'd lose min i paid for if i canceled the sub they said i could... so im going to use my 600 min because they have me by the balls... i guess this is how u treat a loyal customer who stuck with u through a pandemic.. BUYER Beware! greedy app poor cust service

Amazing! I have used this app several times of the past few years and have never been disappointed, everyone has always been super professional and some of the best massages I've ever had. Definitely recommend as a fun alternative to going to a spa!
