Based upon their surgery date, users will receive post-op notifications with tips for a successful recovery, as well as important information like daily fluid-intake goals and reminders for key follow-up appointments. Users can connect with MyFitnessPal to track their food intake and can track their weight in the SMH Bariatrics app, to make sure they are hitting important targets.
