NEVER is the word for KAYA KANDIVALI. They just want to sell you the expensive serums and products and use the age old machines which are very very painful for hair removal. they didnt explain us that there are two types of hair removal. THE OUTDATED MACHINES ARE VERY PAINFUL. i visited there for my 17 years old daughters upperlip hair removal. They advised me to take side locks as well and I paid them more than 13k. Its so painful that she had to leave treatment in single session. Its really bad
