Nice the most recent update, the app is more glitchy and doesn't always save data inputs upon transitioning between workout segments. The app also has issues saving data after completing a given workout or has an extremely long update period if using both app and web based tracking: some workout still show up as incomplete or never started. Several future workouts are marked incomplete, with numerous history points, even though the workouts were never started by me. The app was better prior to

While the programming is great, the app itself sucks. Glitchy; Next and finish buttons don't always work. Timer stops working most of the times 45 min into workouts. Occasionally fails and screen goes white or an error message causes the app to stop working. Exercises on the preview don't always match the workout. Missing videos. Missing timers. Unfortunately the app seems to be a subpar afterthought. ETA: Forced update last night made the app even less usable.

Fantastic! I do NOT like paying for apps, but this one I gladly subscribed to. It is the most thorough, user-friendly, custom-fitted fitness app I've ever seen, and I've used dozens. This is the most effective training app and programming I've ever used. Tactical athlete since 2006, SOFLETE since 2015. There is something for every level and interest here. Fitness, nutrition, recovery, and shooting. Being truthful, this app is like a 4.8 star rating. It's had some past bugs like being unable to view workouts for other teams if you're part of a team. Issues with the weight/time/rep boxes not making sense for a workout. Guess what, SOFLETE fixes problems when you tell them!
