Disconnected as soon as the call began after waiting for an hour... they didn't try to call the number given and I had no way to contact them. Waste of time.

So I was seen on this app on 09/21/2020,virtually,by one of the doctors. The doctor was really nice and she even wished me a happy birthday! Got diagnosed with a sinus infection, and my z-pak was sent to the pharmacy and ready by about 5:30pm,had no issues picking up the antibiotic! Highly recommend this app if you simply dont feel like waiting in an urgent care to be seen. Definitely using this app in the future, and if I dont have to,I'm never waiting in person at another urgent care again!🙂

Can't use. Won't give me a sign up for account screen, only a log in screen.

Michelle Duplain PA was wonderful. She was professional, courteous, caring, & precise. I have yet to have the care, & courtesy that Miss Duplain showed me during the Telehealth Call. She is by far the best caretaker I have experienced in years
