CANNOT SYNC WATCH WITH PHONES OR TABLETS! we can pair it to the device itself, but the app is a NO GO! so apparently we are not the only ones with connection issues. Yes bluetooth is on, tried restarting both watch and devices, nothing

Terrible app! This app recognized my wristband ONCE, for about five minutes, then never again. I uninstalled the app and connected the wristband to my phone through Bluetooth settings and my phone maintained a connection, so I have to assume the problem is the app (not the wristband). However, I need an app to be able to sync and track my progress

The app DOES NOT SYNC to the watch at all. I got the Bluetooth on my phone to connect, but not the watch and app itself, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Horrible app it doesn't even connect to the watch.It doesn't even count the steps you have taken while using it. it also has the wrong time and doesn't allow you to a just it.I would not recommend this app

My finger is sore from tapping repeatedly during many failed connection attempts. The sync message completion bar on the watch doesn't update so it looks hung but eventually completes and exits. The watch is slow to respond to taps so connecting with the app sometimes looks unsuccessful which of course results in more futile tapping. You cannot connect without closely following the written instructions that come with the watch. The app UI stinks. The app does not work on all Android phones.
