1.主軸一－A大眼睛看世界-小小國際村：以「在地特色」、「多元文化」及「世界風情」為活動主軸，展現小小國際村，培養國際視野。。
2.主軸二－B不同文化共同精彩：透過各校多元文化週的活動辦理，拓展本市學童多元文化視野，欣賞並尊重多元文化。
3.主軸三－C微夢想的旅行：延續學童賣蕃薯助偏鄉繳學費、送愛心到尼泊爾等築夢金補助計畫之理念，引領兒童透過築夢的發想，涵養實現目標的勇氣，激發兒童由築夢的實踐，深化實現目標的方法。
4.主軸四－D小小設計家：以「童展多元、愛越國際」為元素，鼓勵本市兒童參與及發揮藝術設計及創作能力，在專屬於兒童的節日，鼓助學童發揮想像力與創造力。
