The best app I have ever seen after searching for 3 months , which is free. This actually tells you the best exercises needed without you having to do any research and there are from beginner level to advanced in thos app it also tracks you weight and gives you cheat days to rest it is amazing and the best part is it's free . U can upgrade to premium if needed but I use it as free itself
