After I used the updated version, my past data have been doubled. On top of that, synchronisation is an issue with the new version. I see the answer of the company being, "thank you contact our team". I have done so, friendly guy who assured me that he will forward my problem/complain to the company. I am still waiting for a reply from the experts!!! More than three months since my request. Pity........

Deleted my old and frankly-too-harsh 3 star review. The new UI/UX update is clean, intuitive, and easy to use. It really complements the functionality of the watch. I can take a photo, ring my phone, and if I'm away from my phone it will buzz to alert me that I've gotten a notification. I get so many compliments on my Hagen, and when I tell people it's linked to my phone they lose their minds. I never have to buy another watch again, and if I do, it's going to be this one :)

This app seemed to work great for 1 month, but now it does not interface with Google Fit, I get an error message that Google has blocked Skagen for security reasons. Major pain and disappointment. I still like the watch well enough but this app is almost uselessif it won't interface with other health tracking apps like Google Fit. Also, it doesn't save your previous tracking information if you have to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Battery had been dead for a while so banged a new one in today. Wish I hadn't doesn't connect to app doesn't show in bluetooth on phone. Googled the fixes and seems to be just the usual stuff repeated over and over and over. Update: Finally I managed to get the watch connected started at 5pm connected at around 11:30pm No idea what I did to get it connected but I managed and I suppose that's what counts.

A month after the last update, my step count history is still trashed and I haven't had any update from Skagen's team since the first tech was unable to help. My watch connects more consistently than before, but now occasionally "forgets" steps. I have hit my goal multiple times and synced my watch to confirm, only to see the next day that 1000+ steps are no longer counted. I don't like the new app. I'm considering researching other options, but I still love the hybrid design.

Update: Almost every day/night at a random time, my watch vibrates 4 times. There are no notifications, what's going on? Also, watch hands need regular recalibration. Finally, please allow for adjustment of font size on the watch. I know that will limit what can fit, but my eyes are really struggling with reading the microscopic text.
