This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing 6 Day Body on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. The 6 Day Body app connects you with your wellness plan from 6 Day Weight Loss. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a 6 Day Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Includes an integration with Innotech, Fitbit and other connected health devices. Communicate with 6 Day Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for 6 Day Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. 6 Day Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
