The animated graphics are not at all helpful when it comes to correct posture while actual doing the exercise. There is no button for the previous exercise if you by mistake press skip . There are a lot of instructions written below the. Visuals are powerful to convey the message so again a lot of improvement in animated visual is required. High chances of getting injured if doing at home.

Great app, I use it regularly... however having the ability to mix exercises from the different difficulties and create a custom set would really make a massive difference to me personally... Maybe even time per individual exercise? Thanks 🙂

Positive are the many exercises in the app and the three levels. However, the descriptions of the exercises are not really understandable, much of these don't make any sense unfortunately.

The developer tries to provide correct guidance as much as possible, including the breathing in relation to the movement. The app is straightforward and easy to use. I really appreciate it.

Good exercises. The grafics are more clear than in the previous version. Could improve telling for example during resting time to get ready few seconds before an exercise starts, informing while doing the exercise when its half the time, and by counting down the last remaining seconds of each exercise. Otherwise, it is well balanced and offers a complete spectrum of fitness workouts. Thanks! Keep it up!

About this app

Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core.
You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.

If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintain good posture, then Pilates is for you. It also has a strong mind/body connection, so you may like it if you enjoy yoga but need a more intense core workout.

There is limited evidence to support the use of Pilates to alleviate lower back pain, improve strength, and prevent elderly people from falling. It has not been shown to be effective treatment for any medical condition.

Pilates is great for strengthening and toning your core and for increasing your flexibility, but it’s not a comprehensive strength building program. You will need to supplement it with some other exercises if you want to build up your arm or calf muscles. Talk to your trainer to see what would be best. And don’t forget your cardio!

Pilates involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques. It’s not for you if you prefer a less structured program. It also won’t fit your needs if you are looking for an aerobic workout.

Pilates can be very demanding, so start slowly. Instructors do not have to be licensed, so it’s best to get recommendations before selecting one.
