This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Shapewatch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The Shapewatch 3D body scanner can do both static and dynamic body assessment in 3 planes of motion in only 4 minutes.

The static assessment will measure out your complete body shape and provide you with key health indicators such as body fat, waist/hip ratio etc.

The dynamic body assessment will give you a score for your functional movement and point out your joint dysfunctions.
