Good little diary for food, medication, and activity tracking. Items are customizable and you can add notes to get a better idea of your day all on free version. Paid may come in handy when you've had it for a while and want to see trends over time.

Life changer! I now can see at a glance if I took my meds, what health problems I had/have, & what I ate or did. I can look for patterns and discuss issues with my dr. Having some memory and health issues, I so appreciate the multiple options & features it let's me track. Took me awhile to do an initial set up of my personal items/ uses/ meds/symptoms, but its easy to modify and use. The tech support is awesome. Quick to answer questions always friendly. This app is a must have!

It's just SO helpful! I've used it over a couple of years... Takes all the difficulty out of trying to analyse your own diet and the functions, especially being able to target culprits causing trouble, are just fantastic! Finally a very useful app .. functional and a hugely useful support for feeding back to medical professional. We'll done!

I would like to like this app, however it is overly complex and difficult to understand how it works. Trying to do a simple thing like adding a new food doesn't seem to work sometimes, other times it does work. Not intuitive and difficult to find the information it is supposed to provide after grinding through adding foods and symptoms. 3 stars for trying - too frustrating to actually use unless you just use stock items from the list.

This is a pretty good app if you're looking for a simple and straightforward diary of food and associated symptoms. The free version allows you to do all of that and the paid version gives you thorough analysis of correlation between food+symptoms (but I've only tried the free version). Like I said it's simple and easy to use. The layout is mostly intuitive.
