Very helpful application to visualize risk factors , venous age and stages of chronic venous disease . In Saudi Arabia,around 61% of adult population have CVI (7 out of 10 females have one form CVi )

VeinRisk is a useful tool developed from scientific researches gathered by vascular specialists. It allows a better awareness and to dialogue about venous diseases among physicians, pharmacists and patients.
VeinRisk can estimate the venous age of patients, according to the presence of signs or symptoms of chronic venous disease.
VeinRisk also allows to talk with patients about the evolution capacities of the venous disease according to the presence of signs or symptoms of the venous insufficiency and the risk factors (settled way of life, pregnancy, parental heredity, overweight or obesity). Health professional, enter the age of the patient, the gender, the presence or the absence of a parental heredity, the presence or the absence of at least two pregnancies, its size, its weight, has he/she a sedentary lifestyle (whether seated or standing more than 8 hours per day) and indicate the following signs or symptoms : pain, sensation of heavy legs, varicose veins, venous edema...In 1 minute, VeinRisk estimates the venous age and indicates a probability of the clinical signs evolution for the next 10 -20 -30 years the form of a score. If the venous age is higher than the user's actual age, the application will give have access to lifestyle tips and general information relating to chronic venous disease.
The purpose of VeinRisk is not to serve as a substitute for a physician, who is the sole authority to make a diagnosis, to initiate or modify treatment.
