This new version has some many issues trying to connect using the bluetooth function. Tried with different phones and there were times it would connect to a phone then we added a different user then the scale would not connect. It is so frustrating to use the app that doesn't work well.

Overall a good app, I like that you know more than just your weight. BUT, since I've had it for more than a year, I've noticed that when you go into your history, it's labeled as though for one month (ex. March 2019), however the data you are seeing for ALL March months you've ever weighed in (ex. March 2019 AND March 2018). You have to click on individual days to figure out which year did this individual data point come from. Very obnoxious.

I purchased this scale on Amazon for a gift in September. Turned out they didn't need it, I kept it. The app will not connect with the scale. My Bluetooth on my phone will discover the scale but the app will not. I have the warranty and extended warranty please tell me how to fix this problem if not how to return the scale. I like it but the main reason I got it was for everything it does. Without the app I can't and is stuck in kilograms. PLEASE HELP

Everytime I go to use it I have to re-pair it to my phone. The device won't log and store my daily weight info and it's totally frustrating. Not worth the $30 I paid for it. Could've gotten a cheaper scale that actually works.
