Would pick no stars if allowed. App is a mess. Activated meds I no longer take or took once with no refills and no way to delete or inactivate them again. Not in order. Now payment page but if you choose pay in store says error and you can't do that 😡😡 Not happy! Ended up calling my refills in.

App doesn't work. My prescriptions were in the system at least twice and now nothing. I can't even put them in as there's no order history. Tried to close the app and even uninstalled it and reinstall still nothing. Tried to go through the K-Mart app and still the same. Wasn't getting the text messages and told the pharmacist so she put my phone number in and I get them now. Told her and showed her that I don't have the rx on the app. She said that no one else has this. Very frustrating.😠

I got a new phone and when I reinstalled the app and signed in, all my prescriptions were gone! I can't sit here and re-enter all of my prescriptions an insurance info! Why can't it just pull from my pharmacy record like it did before???

Kmart pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. Routine medications are not being filled automatically. And since the "update", NONE of my prescriptions are listed. Past or present. And your website is unreachable.
