the scanner work very well, but needed to include guidelines, not everyone can cope up with this app without the guidelines. what does the letters indicator mean and the numbers.

For some reason the app stopped working. I've uninstalled the app and installed again and when it seems it recognizes a bar code, it fails and stops working. Any advice?
