Never allowed me to register. Every time I try to register I get an error "profile picture did not match your Id, and username already exist. "

The issue is not resolved My sister has a very horrible experience on the 29/8/20 The three year old was very sick, she come your offices at 8am do the test and then take the make them go to good life pharmacy for medication... They refuse to give my niece the required medication and they tell her they can only deliver the medication 4 hrs later. All this time, the 3 years is very weak for vomiting and diarrhea In the end we had to get help and medication elsewhere..

The application requires uploading a picture and once it directs you to that the moment you are in the camera/gallery.. The registration starts all over again.. I end up trying to register afresh about 5 times which quite tedious and time consuming

Am not able to complete creation of my account,tried it many times the photo won't upload,also despite changing my registration details from ID to passport number for the photos to match but still it won't go through.
