Needs improvement. This app should do the necessary services like booking an appointment but it doesn't work. I tried booking an appointment yesterday but I did not get any confirmation, I have to call the call center today.👎👎👎

The service received through the app is really bad. Non Qataris with appointment will be made to wait, while Qataris get preference to service, even without an appointment.
