This is an excellent app for anyone, but especially for diabetics. The only thing I would like to have added is the potassium counts for foods. Many diabetics also have kidney issues besides their diabetes and have to restrict their potassium as well as carbs and fats.

This app has so much potential. But I dislike it because I can only search and it doesn't search well. :( a scanner tool would be amazing

Need work! Like customizing choices. I leave off cheese but I can't remove cheese from a sausage egg and cheese croissant for example. Lactose intolerant.

I like using this app. I have added several custom foods and meal recording is going well. It would be really helpful if ounces, grams, etc. Were available as serving types. Just putting "serving" isn't really helpful since serving sizes vary from one food to another. Also, it would be helpful if the food nutrition detail sections accepted decimal points. Not all foos components are a whole number. I have a protein supplement listed, serving size is 2 tbsp with 11 grams protein. Since i can only enter whole numbers, when I select it from the list, I have to enter 2 servings and either go over the listed amt of protein or under because 5 plus 5 is 10, or 6 plus 6 is 12, both of which are inaccurate. Sure, it is only 1 gram, but those small measurements can be a big deal.

I like the app alot. It doing the Carb counting for me helps alot. Seeing glucose entries in graft form would be a nice option to see progression over time.
