Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MindTheHealth on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

Esta APP permite registrar y gestionar tus datos de salut diarios, y compartirlos de forma privada y segura con tu médico o equipo profesional sanitario de asistencia.
La APP sólo se puede utilizar si tu médico te ha dado de alta. Para acceder a la APP deberás introducir tu móvil y el código de seguridad que recibirás por SMS.
Recuerda que si tu médico no ha activado tu cuenta, no podras utilizar la APP.

Como usuario, a través de la APP podrás registrar tus datos diarios de salud:
- peso
- presión sanguínea
- saturación de oxígeno
- Glicémia capilar
- frecuencia cardíaca

En la sección de "mis registros" podrás eliminar o editar todos tus registros de salud.

Todos los datos introducidos son compartidos de forma privada y seguro con tu médico.

A través de la APP podrás comunicar con tu médico a través de mensajería in-app (chat).
